About Me!
I am a trained Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Registered Occupational Therapist and a member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors. I am a certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist having met the standards of competency specified by Aotearoa New Zealand Association for Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (ANZACBT).
I have worked within New Zealand and the UK in a variety of hospital and community settings. Prior to starting my private practice, I worked for 12 years in Christchurch GP Practices offering CBT and psychological therapy to people referred with depression, anxiety and other difficulties.
